Henrik Vestergaard Friis (1971) is the host of Samtalekøkkenet, but also a performance artist. He lived in Berlin 1999-2009 and worked in collaborations with, a.o. Jörn Burmester and Otmar Wagner. Since 2006, he has reconstructed all 12 works of the Danish Culture Canon for the Performing Arts in theatre plays, solo performances and exhibitions.
For Samtalekøkkenet, January 2012, he performed “Full Stop” as a marker of the finnissage of his exhibition in the Theatre Museum of Copenhagen. May-June 2012, his Canon Project will be exhibited at Grimm Museum, Berlin.
